The biggest struggle was with the internal operational and management team. Getting them to understand what attributes come from which systems and where the "System of Record" for this data truly belongs. The implementation took far longer than anticipated due to scope creep, mainly due to the reason above. The partner and vendor were strong with their product and a great understanding of the integration points both in and out.
