Still fresh in the market, this vendor had expertise in relation to their product, but only a high-level of experience in actually bridging the gap between their product and our specific needs. A product with this type of business process outcome (designed) has to be flexible enough to meet all of the different business types out there. Our implementation has been 12+ months and counting. This is a really cool product, and will be sufficient, but it isn't meant to replace internal processes, just enhance them. Must also have exec support in pushing forward. Their customer service element is strong, they're very responsive (not just until they make the sale), and they've continued to push our org along in implementing, even when we have key players on our side dragging feet.

Tools are understandably complex. The decision process for prioritizing projects is very granular. The prioritizing team should know ahead of time that they will need to do homework on initiatives ahead of time, then take the time to do the comparative analysis required in the tool.

Implementation has been smooth. Decision Lens Professional Services has been very hands on with our team while we adopt the product.
