SecureAuth Adaptive Authentication, SecureAuth Multi-Factor Authentication

Great company with a great product and strong customer support

PROS: -Great customer service, puts customer priorities first -Hands on approach during implementation -Quick response to questions/concerns during implementation -Dedicated implementation engineer/support throughout project -Willing to work on our time, and easily adapt to our various schedule changes during the project -SecureAuth Idp system is very intuitive from an administrative standpoint -Customer support is quick to respond and assist with remediation CONS: -Was not presented with all possible options during scoping call prior to project start date (i.e. we were not told of all available configuration options for our OWA environment) -Bug discovered during implementation that was already discovered by a previous client, however, there was a two-week gap before it was identified. -It took two-three calls to implement OWA custom fix, and in some cases, a different implementation engineer assisted and therefore, ended up with a knowledge gap. -No options to generate usage/enrollment reports within admin console of SecureAuth Idp. Requires SIEM tool to generate reports. -Last minute config changes discussed right before go-live
