The product does a lot of things, and helps manage a few different parts of our work flow and sales. It's complex at times and not as flexible as I'd hoped for, but it's much better than a few other platforms we tried before switching to Monday

It's made keeping on top of all team tasks so much easier and it's also lessened the amount of time it takes to chase down what is happening with a specific project or task. In fact there's very little chasing at all anymore, it takes seconds rather than minutes or hours to figure out what is going on with something and/or what happened if something went awry. This allows us to focus on improvements in processes and also target areas in which the team needs more training, rather than chasing statuses and team members via email.
