    Foglight APM - Great product, great potential

    Great product, great potential with the right balance between the application and supporting services that can provide a solid view into the user experience. Needs some work on the UX and improvements in reporting.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    build off user stories and user experience. Make sure you can report on each step in the user workflow.

    more transparent.

    Great tool for Application Performance Monitoring but could use improvements in UX.

    Dell Foglight tool has been very helpful in Infrastructure Monitoring, Capacity Planning and Application Performance Management.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Conduct a POC with all of the User communities (Sys admins, Database Admins, Network and App. Dev folks).

    Breadth and depth of data.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    complex user interface and tons of features

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Simplify the user interface and make it more intuitive.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Get in-depth training for users.
