Customer support has been great. A little disappointed in Solutions Architecture. We ran into an issue where ExtraHop wasn't set up correctly when initially deployed (caused by vendor), and Solutions Architecture didn't catch it until well after go-live. The only fix was to reset the datastore causing us to lose about 3 months of prior data.

From the first meeting with the local sales and engineer I was very impressed how knowledgeable they were and eager to show you how the product can help your business. Even after the proof of concept through the purchase the whole Extrahop staff has been extremely helpful. They definitely don't sell you a product and leave they go out of their way to continue meetings and try to increase your knowledge on the appliance.

The vendor is dynamic, nimble and very customer focused. They demonstrated well after the sale their passion and commitment to their platform with several enhancements that addressed new and specific problems we were trying to gain insight too. Their post-sales support and interaction has been one of the best experiences in my 25 years in the healthcare IT business

The product worked and provided value out of the box. Basic visability was attained after providing connectivity and necessary certificates. This enabled our NOC to take a giant leap in monitoring applicaions and taking proactive measures to address issues prior to end-user impacts. Additional functionality was attained by working with the vendor to configure systems to our environment.

Very hands on, really helped us with the implementation. Came onsite and also did some work remotely to complete the implementation.
