    Overall Comment

    Vendor could have provided faster service, when it was needed.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Product is a slippery slope -- guard access to tool effectively as it's overall very expensive, esp when teams are not using the tool.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Out of the box reporting.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    It is easy to incorrectly structure your project information, but very difficult to refactor after going down the wrong path.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Wish vendor had a floating license model as opposed to subscription.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Press vendor for better user usage metrics and user license management.
