Getting worklfows to be smooth while not complex was a challege. Balancing the need to quickly perform work with collecing data points

Service now is an excellent product and vendor. Their tools are the cream of the crop.

The way it was sold was not actually the real life experience. There is customization, and it can't be used a solely out of the box solution. Configuration is easy, but there is a lot to configure. Would really like to make use of all of the modules and functionality. There is so much functionality. It is really the Cadillac of all ITSM Tools.

ServiceNow is great for simple and mature ITSM needs.

We love ServiceNow. It is very versatile. It has been a gamechanger for our ITSM suite of products. I highly recommend. We were very mature ITSM and this was a great upgrade.

Out of the Box won't work. Integrator experience is key.

Overall went well. Challenges with 3rd party integrator. Probably tried to bite off too much too soon. Fell into trap of using tool to improve process. Product works well. Availability and performance have been consistent with few difficulties encountered.
