    being as candid with the vendor with challenges and shortcomings. The vendor is willing to adapt and position the product to work as requested as along as it fits their direction.

    understand what you are trying to measure for all levels of the organization

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The current direction makes it easier to support some of the legacy .Net source languages / technologies as well as support some of the newer features

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    be more cognizant about the pace of change / adoption in my company vs. how quickly they want a decision made

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    don't force CAST AIP to work in a way that it wasn't intended
