    Implementation was tough, lots of obstacles

    Good experience, very stable SW

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Lots of discussion prior of contract signature, planning, resources available, implementation

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Updated tech, lots of investment, secure supplier, clear pipeline, complete solution

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    SAP most of the times wants to implement what they want and not what is necessary by the client

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Work better with the business partner, implentation on the new tech, eco for new techs

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Better planning and supplier involvement

    Good support, very compreensive, meet the standards
