Excellent on subjected domain and ability to demonstrate and explain security asessment irrespective of audience type and skill set. From Bank Perspective, PCI-DSS always remains important and with the managed services from trustwave, this always comes as a assurance on their service delivery. Large number of Professional and Skilled testers across the globe. Support is excellent.

Product as an enterprise web vulnerability scanner is good. It had depth and features to support. Lately, it hasn't improved to cover demanding requirements and product hasn't gone large scale feature changes to operate with.

They need a better GUI. Better reporting.

When we first purchased this tool, it was still Cenzic's Hailstorm. The transition from Cenzic to Trustwave was handled well by Trustwave. They were in frequent contact with us to let us know what to expect during the transition. We did run into an issue with one update and our ability to test applications behind Agency SSO. Our team worked with Trustwave remotely for a few days trying to identify a root cause. Finally, Trustwave flew an engineer and application developer here to work with us onsite for a couple of days. Through this effort, at Trustwave's cost, they were able to find the root cause and develop a temporary fix. That temporary fix was later worked into the permanent product.

Trustwave is responsive to customer needs and is willing to listen in great detail to concerns and challenges the customer is facing.
