    If you want complete automation, Automic is the vendor of choice.

    Overall Comment

    The implementation team was top notch. Tasks were ontime and on budget. The configuration team had everthing fully integrated on time. The training was excellent and the trainer actually assisted in the creation of 10% of the work we needed to do on our own which really assited in the quality of the process as well as lowering the overall time it took to implement.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Have your buisness processes mapped out ahead of time. If you can dream it Automic can probably do it.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Ease of use. Multiple ways to acheive the desired result. Fast, efficient and reliable.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    I don't dislike anypart of the product.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Maybe a larger training pool. We went with a core training team to train the rest of the end users, in hind sight, maybe a bigger core training team was needed.

    In the few instances where support was necessary, the resolution was within 4 hours.
