HubSpot Marketing Hub is my favorite tool for creating and solidifying leads as it amazingly does that.

This product has all the bells and whistles that can be asked for with regards to a CRM software. Easy set up and management. Customization is at the center and every module or layout can be designed to meet any business need. We have 3 businesses that use it and some are more complex than others, but all operate will using it. We have been very pleased with the decision to use Zoho CRM.

"Oracle Eloqua Marketing Tool, the best Marketing Automation Tool I believe on the Market"
I have been an active user/system admin of Eloqua for coming on 20 years and to remain with a tool for so long clearly demonstrates how good of a product it is. The Oracle Eloqua team listen to our requirements and ideas and are always finding ways to help you overcome a business problem. Once you grasp the basic navigation around the tool (just like all tools really) I have found Eloqua both in E9 and E10 to be easy to navigate, easy to find your way round and very easy to use. I have moved companies several times over those years but Eloqua has been a consistent tool throughout my journey. The tool is very powerful and you can build in lots of requirements and decision rules for any campaign, together with integrations with external tools such as Zoom among many others. There are lots of extra facilities which you can install into our instance from the App Exchange such as Data Washing Machine which enables you to keep your database clean and standardised. Topliners the user network is a fantastic resource to help you find a solution to a problem or for just generally getting to know other Eloqua users. The University Licenses is an extra cost, but worth it. Although I would like to see Oracle adopt the Salesforce Trailhead Free training ability for users wanting to learn, but not had the opportunity to gain access to the tool yet.

Sage CRM is currently getting introduced to our sales department and branding department. It is supposed to replace old tools slowly. The first-hand experience with this tool was very good and it has all the latest and important features for managing customer information and leads nurturing. It allows sending emails to customers for marketing purpose and followup.

Lead management between SAP Marketing Cloud and other SAP systems such as C4C sales is exceptional. Everything in and around LEAD was given a great importance and it really shines. SAP advertises Lead Management is one of the SMC's core capabilities and there is no denying in that.

They continuously release new features and capabilities on a monthly basis and most of these come from customer suggestions. If something makes sense, they bake it into the product for the next release. You feel that you have bought into an evolving business management ecosystem versus simply buying a standard CRM solution.
