    Ensure you partner with a quality third party service provider/consultant to optimize configuratoin for your environment.

    Use CMIS API for industry standard integration

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Excellent product feature set for ECM and low cost

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Default configuration settings are sometimes inefficient

    Better technical support for configuration issues
