    Their support is above and beyond any company I have ever worked with, they truly want you to succeed.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Start small and work closely with the support staff. Their incite can save huge amounts of time.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The product runs a fine line between ease of use and having the power to do anything you could want.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Though email support and online portal are fantastic I prefer phone support and it can be difficult to get through.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Start sooner and devout more recourses to the implementation.

    Overall Comment

    We have run a total of 15 large scale global deployments through the tool. These deployments had well over 100 steps, parallel tasks, customer facing communication, and multiple pass-offs. We found the tool to be stable and well designed. BP Logix was open to and delivered enhancement requests. The support provided was excellent. We did not involve IT in our programming needs, instead programmed fully through the UI and Word plugin.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Ensure you have a 100% solid understanding of your process before you start with building the Timelines.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    I love the Timeline and could not live without it!

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    This is very small – I would like to be able to provide a bit more visibility into the overall process to the end users. Today, much of this visibility lives in the admin portal.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Not much . When we first starting programming, we felt their documentation was as complete as we would have liked. That said, they have since addressed this issue and the documentation is now very useful.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Our implementation was very successful. We program this in addition to our “day jobs”, so our speed to market is not as fast as we would like.

    I love the Timeline and could not live without it. No one else does it as well as these guys.

    Service & support - overall comment

    These guys really care. They have the capability of a big company, but provide the service you would typically receive from a smaller organization. The team understands and remembers your process and get to know you. I can’t be more complimentary.
