    Product(s): PMG Digital Business Platform

PMG is the right partner to help you rise to your business process challenges!

    Overall Comment

PMG's biggest strength is their exceptional ability to partner with you on the best solution for your business need. We were a new kind of customer for them. Our business processes were manufacturing based. Other vendors opted out of our RFP as soon as they found out we were looking for a manufacturing application rather than an IT application. PMG always rose to the challenge and worked with us to provide the best solution. It was not always easy and we had to learn to speak each other's language, but in the end we have built a really strong foundation for all of our future business needs no matter what the application!

What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

Do more on-site development with rich knowledge transfer of your business processes to the tech team.

What do you like most about the product or service?

PMG has an excellent future vision. The people you work with are always top-notch and you know that with them as your business partner you are setting your business up for a great future.

What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

We needed them to show us their solutions earlier at 25% created vs. 75% done so that we could ensure everyone was on the same page with the business process requirements.

If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

As an organization we should have pushed harder for our businesses to streamline their processes prior to beginning the technology development.

Service & support - overall comment

We have always been satisfied with PMG's level of service and support
