    Initial adoption population was small and focused, and the vendor was aligned to the larger framework of operational risk and business resilience risk management.

    Evaluate beyond the BCM use case.

    mobile reporting.

    nothing so far.

    more partnerships to provide ecosystem options, shortcuts.

    start 12 months earlier and have a longer internal vetting cycle.

    This is a great product with a great future. The amount of end-user configuration is outstanding.

    limit your scope to what is needed by your company and then expand in phases.

    the end-user flexibility and design features.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    enhance issue identification to resolution implementation process.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    I would have a clear vision for the implementation phase and started the rollout sooner.
