Strategic BCP professional services was instrumental in helping us implement and populate ResilienceONE within a very condensed timeframe to meet regulatory requirements. They have excellent knowledge in the BCP space and were effective at working with technical, business and executive staff. After working with the product for a number of months, ResilienceONE could use a number of improvements to fully meet our needs and expectations. Strategic BCP has been open to hearing our feedback.
Get a very clear understanding of the reporting output from a fully populated instance for Risk Assessment, BIA and Emergency procedures prior to making a purchasing system. You may find that the system satisfies regulatory requirements but does not meet your business needs with the current functionality.
Ease of use in front of the business liason. They are able to understand very clearly the expectations and outcomes during the RA and BIA interview processes.
There are undocumented features that impact results. We had to learn this on our own and confirm the results with Strategic BCP rather than understanding from the product documentation.
I would like to see an organizational structure design prior to populating the tool with data. Our consultants seem to redo the design as they went along rather than getting an agreed path prior to implementation.
Because much of the source data comes from ServiceNow CMDB, we would likely customize ServiceNow to manage BCP related content rather than introduce a separate 3rd party application to integrate with ServiceNow.
The product does Business Impact Analysis very well. Other aspects such as Crisis Management planning and Document Management need to be improved to function at the level I require.

We have been a legacy client for a number of years and we have been so pleased with how the software and the company's customer service has enhanced of BCM program.
I really pleased with the Strategic BCP's customer service. Support is always eager to help and consider new enhancements and feedback. The integrated BIA section which has elevated our BIA process.
Would like to see enhancements to the call tree display to make it easier to update.
Strategic BCP provides timely response to questions or issues when they arise.
