It allowed us to do what it said on the tin, in an increasing silo'd legacy landscape we were able to give business users the power to pull together sources from disparate silo's into one place allowing them to report up and out on the findings, something that previously would have needed a much more technical skill set. We were given a number of licenses to drive user adoption and although the initial intention was for use within the IT/Data teams it became obvious that the strongest use case was in the business areas themselves. The tool is now in wider use and is working well but does leave us with another question, how to we govern all the new datasets that are being created and how do we ensure that we don't descend into chaos.

Alteryx have provided great account management and have helped us at every step of our journey to integrate Alteryx into the organisation. So far we have been very impressed with the functionality and by just how easy it is to learn and to start to deliver real value to our business.

Integration and use of the product worked very well. Most tech hurdles were of our own making (service accounts, firewalls, etc.).

Our Analytics Team really took to Alteryx. They documented some significant efficiency gains. Routine tasks that were taking hours were reduced to minutes. I justified the purchase of Alteryx as a bandade to help the analytics team for the short to mid term. The more we use this product, the more I'm thinking Alteryx may prove to be viable in the long term.
