    The support and thought leadership from the vendor were excellent, the biggest challenges came from internal pressures and alignments.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Do not under estimate the organizational barriers to getting and reacting to the information and insights.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Aligning the financial organization needed to be at the start of the project versus leading it from an IT perspective.

    Service and Support were excellent and the team worked hand and hand with the organization to be effective.

    Integration & Deployment - Overall comment

    Our intenral complexity drove a need for multiple integrations making the integration approach difficult to manage and scale with excellence.

    Tool flexibility and adaptability has worked well, but also been an issue. Finding the right balance has been tough.

    Spend time to understand not just the immediate goals, but the long term ones as a part of not only the selection, but also the implementation...

    Stronger integration capabilities, as the tool dependent on data sources from across the enterprise.

    Evaluate data source completeness and accuracy, understanding where to spend additional effort outside the tool...

    Not a ready solution for on-site deployment.

    Deeper and up front partnering with complementary solution providers for end to end support.
