Very difficult implementation. Very time-consuming. Had to continually speak with a rep for assistance. online help was not very complete and did not allow for customization.

Very good experience in general. We have quarterly trainings from a platform expoert. They are also continually working to improve their UX/UI. We have regular calls where i can provide feedback, and even take place in beta programs. The toughest challenge has been making BIME penetrate our daily activities. People are just used to utilizing excel. But we have made great strides in this area, thanks to the ongoing training, support channel and resource center.
