    Very good BI tool for small to medium organizations

    Overall Comment

    The solution is right sized for our business and we get good support. We have struggled at understanding how to grow the overall footprint and this has been a struggle internally and with Halo itself. Our mutual goal is to get much better at this going forward.

    Good tool for small organiations

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Perhaps a bit more in person selling and solution crafting. Most service is done remotely.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Determine where else to leverage the product organizationally as we only did it for the Finance Department.
