    Implementation was challenging, but rewarding.

    Strong and knowledgable support team. Deliver on expectations.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Insure all areas of the business have the iniatitive and timeline, on their score cards and x-matrix.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Ease of access, single source of the "truth".

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Complexity of data warehouse. However, since we had to aggregate many disparate data sources, and contain the information in a single warehouse, it is understandable why this was complex.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Increase the dialog on potential organizational pitfalls of implementation.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Engage a broader sub-section of organizational leadership.

    Positive first assessment of InfoAssist Plus.

    Overall Comment

    Very positive experience with the new InfoAssist Plus tool that now includes ad hoc, data visualization, and in memory performance.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Closely compare tools such as Tableau, Qlick, and InfoAssit Plus as their functionality is starting to become a bit of a beauty contest. Ease of use should carry a heavy weighting in the selection criteria.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The new data visualization functionality.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Licensing.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Info Builders needs to be clear on their InfoAssist Plus licensing policy, especially for those that have already licensed the former version of InfoAssist.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Perhaps experimented with data visualization tools sooner.
