Customer relations and questions that you have are picked up very quickly. Helpdesk, however, is not expert enough and always refers to other hardware/software for performance issues.
Of course, everything is possible when in pre-sales, but be critical and ask questions.
Infographics and modeling.
Easy of use can improve, but I am used to it now. Apparently, Necto 16 is much stronger on usability.
Be more open for possibilities and costs.
Look at required performance better.
Quick response time, support desk has to know more in my opinion.

A good Overall experience, The product is easy enough to use and our internal customers have all picked it up and are utilising it.
There is a lot of change and innovation currently happening in the world of BI and self-service so I would investigate all options to see what suits your business best.
Good Customer Service and the Product is robust and innovative.
The Additional Cost of Add-ons.
Add-ons can be costly and I believe should be included in the licensing after being live for a given time period.
If we could start over I believe we would give more structure and involvement to Key personnel , set aside a data scientist team to be able to set in stone where possible the business rules. Also to deliver to the relevant departments one version of the truth.
If we have any issues Panorama will always get back to us within SLA time lines

Found issues on the speed of loading the reports, though it was okay for some, due to its flexibility, where we can create a cube/report on the fly. It has a strong collaboration and visual graphs functionality, but we found that not all users are at that level yet, thus is not used that much.
Check business/users readiness.
The vendor could have made the cube performance better.
We should have mapped business readiness and tool capability, so that we could use most of the functionality that the tool can offer.
It's okay, but the time difference is not good for users, in case there are some issues.

Users really enjoy using Necto - it is an easy to use software and one will quickly get used to it. It has a lot of great functionalities such as formulae, charts and exceptions.
Panorama Necto is a very good tool to use and to analyse data.
The ease of use of the software and the ability to easily analyse data.
The product is excellent, however, I am sometimes unsatisfied with support as they take some time to reply to my emails.
Nothing. We're quite happy with Panorama Necto.
Panorama Support usually answer very quickly to queries and would gladly help us and gives us the best solutions - however I sometimes contact them and get no reply back.

Our satisfaction is beyond the advance analytical tools that Necto provides for us. In addition to the ability to collaborate with our colleagues to do contextual analysis keeping one version of the truth.
We are a Finance company and look to all information trush finance calendar, with a lot of coplex formulas and calculation . We use history very hard. Very importent the colaboration.

Easy to use this tool as compared to other tools beacuse of its self learning online videos makes it easy to understand for beginners.
The customer support and the overall service proves to be a value for money. Product knowledge is also good.
It is a very good tool.
