    Prophix implementation was successful; enhancements require a technical support

    Overall Comment

    It is a good tool, however, a Super User with extremely good technical knowledge is required to manage.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Ensure you have someone in house to support the application, otherwise set aside some OPEX budget to support enhancements.

    Flexibility for reporting

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    They are very knowledgeable.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Not only business resources to outline the requirements are needed, but also a technical resource would have to have been identified and trained while the implementation was taking place. As enhancements require much technical knowledge for configuration of different cubes.
