    Installation was quite extensive, but well worth the effort.

    Installation was quite extensive as the implementation of Kerberos and SPN assignments were required for use, but was well worth the effort.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Ask for training early and often. Not just in practical/analytic use by the end -user, but administrative console training on installation, upgrades and configuration.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The ease of use with Microsoft's BI Suite.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    The export functionality or print from the Story Board needs some more work. Some clients want a hard copy, and my choices are pdf or xps. I can export to Microsoft Office but why the extra step? Also the dashboard views are slow to render at first.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    I do wish Pyramid would host more in person seminars, trainings, or events on-site as opposed to online. Webinars are great, but I get more complete information when interacting in person.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    I honestly don't think we would do anything differently as this is one of the rare exception where the original decision (in this case, to go with Pyramid Analytics) was the correct choice.

    As mentioned in the summary, the installation was extensive as we required Kerberos and SPN assignments. Otherwise, adoption has been fairly simple across the board as others quickly grasp the drag-and-click interface.
