Very approachable, easy to work with from sales through to implementation. Customer support a little slow and sometimes lacked knowledge/capability to engage with uncommon issues (or those specific to our business), however this was not a problem for the majority of the time.
Implement a trial version where possible and/or see a live demo to get a proper feel for the product.
Simple and straightforward application, easy to implement and little maintenance required once up and running.
A little clunky at times, lacks the robustness feel you would get with a more polished product.
Discovery from a wider range of products as there are now 15+ alternative solutions on the market.
Good functionality and achieved the desired outcomes.
Good service received, occasionally support lacked, but overall OK.
Ideally a business should have SCCM as the application integrates well, but for those without, requires less pretty GPO based approach to deploy the solution.
