    Product(s): Casper Suite

    Look no further.

    Overall Comment

    JAMF was relatively small and immature when we adopted the platform. They were diligent to make sure our every need was met during implementation. The software performs well. No other tool has the functionality, performance and value that The Casper Suite brings to the table.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Do not hesitate to buy this product.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Customer service. JAMF does an incredible job with customer servcice and support.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Possibly unbelievably, I have no real complaints with this software.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    I woul dlike to see lower cost training for administrators. Onboarding, then training new admins an be costly.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Implement sooner

    Stability is key.

    Product works well once stable releases are available. First pass patches usually break functionality and will take a couple days to be patched in order to restore something that previously worked.

    Great for OS X and iOS management, but lack of cross platform support, gives it a 4 out of 5 stars!

    Easy install and setup. From POC to deployment, they were able to support a bank holding company

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    JAMF is the best for Mac / Apple management. But it does cause fragmentation in reporting. Configuration Manager 2012 R2 and future releases are increasing support, but still would go with JAMF for Mac management.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Granular management of Apple/Mac

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Only supports iOS and OS X

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    I wish Apple would purchase the vendor and provide a more robust enterprise offering with support.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Would have looked not only for best in breed, but more of a single platform management solution.
