The experience was generally positive, although there has been an important stop in product development several years ago.

Support is less than great. Sales staff turns over a lot which is annoying.

we are able to leverage Kaseya to create efficiencies within our organization and our clients environments. While Kaseya is an overall good product, the support from Kaseyas team needs imporvement.
