    Good product for managing remote systems and software!

    Good response on forums a bit slow

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Stay away from AV and Malware pieces

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Allows remote access and support to highly distributed enviorment.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Cost was bit high

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Don't choose the Malwarebytes addon as it stays a bit behind what you can get straight from vendor
