    Business outcome driven implementation resulted in quality delivery, on time and budget

    Overall Comment

    Process factory has been well received. Implementation of Time entry, approval was quick, low cost and resulted in a lot of very happy field users.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Focus on the business outcome, strenghten partnership with vendors, proof of concepts with the business to get prototypes done for easy adoption.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Simple and easy addon to SAP with minimal changes to the core SAP

    none

    Customer Feedback - Process Factory HCM applications.

    Overall Comment

    Process Factory applications have been well received by our clients across the company. The application initially was deployed for timesheet and expanded to all of the HCM and Finance applications. The product had no issues since its implementation and is very stable. The application loads faster and has good usability rating from our customers. Would recommend the product for any complex HCM environments.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    if you are looking to low cost and maintenance, then I'd recommend exploring Anand Pag. Hana or Cloud solutions.

    Cost, Stability, and Usability.

    None

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    None

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    The implementation and stability of the application have been very efficient. If I start over, we would follow the same path.

    Product has been stable with no downtime for 5 years.
