Overall support experience is good, people are flexible & supportive and are always available as helping hand.
Build strong control mechanisms to maintain systems integrity. Having dedicated Onsite resource may help better.
Product is flexible for any kind of customizations. Indian Payroll is strong .
Services can be imporved a bit.
1. Proactive approach to improve and monitor system performance 2. Proactively propose enhancements to simplify our operations and address pain points.
1) Streamline Internal processes to reduce customizations 2) Get the solutions verified by Experts 3) Maintain better ticketing system and change management process 4) Follow proper Documentation manuals and Quality checks for the changes.
