After API was merged by GE, the customer services, and technical experts were dismissed. We had very hard time to run tests because of multiple failures which caused a very long delay between the plan and actual go-live.
Be aware of dealing with big companies, which will take a long time to get resources and to go thru complex processes.
We missed the people from the organization before re-organization.
All after re-organization.
Do not change the organization dramatically after they purchased.
Would look for other vendors or wait until the-the dust comes down after organization change.
