    Reasonable set of challenges led to a favorable outcome

    Overall Comment

    It was good to have a single vendor accountable for software and support. However, being locked in with one vendor also brings in cost challenges and scope creep. Overall we did make the release with minimum budget over run and within schedule. The customers were happy with the outcome.

    Good technical support, with some cost hurdles
