    Limited functionality, limited adoption, limited useful lifespan. Moving off Sharepoint.

    Vendor is responsive. Tool has limited capabilities.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Understand roadmap of organization and make sure the offering's operating dependencies will survive beyond the signed terms of service.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Very simplistic offering that could have worked in another, smaller and more stable environment.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    More robust.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Currently surviving with Brightwork and trying to find suitable replacement. Note, organization in the middle of massive infrastructure change. SharePoint to be replaced making Brightwork a liability. New Director PMO choosing new system. Brightwork never had a chance.
