From the start, Clarizen was a willing partner to make our implementation a success. Quick to response and resolve challenges, provided multiple options to resolve, very strong follow up and commitment.
Look at ease of use and ability to customize quickly but not significantly, at low or no cost.
Flexible, easy to use, mobile access, visual UI.
Needs more marketing - more industry press.
Develop interfaces with Service Desk tools - I know this is in process.
Get our positive experience shared with other key groups in organization. After we went live, we understood another function that had tried another product and was already looking to replace the other solution.
PPM, resource management, project planning - all are very well designed. Not a lot of need to add more functionality. I am not a fan of the tools that claim to do it all.
Very responsive to our issues when raised and great follow up. Again, treats us as a partner to better their product.
We have not integrated with other systems at this time but are actively talking with Clarizen on topic. Response has been very positive and promising.

At the end of the day there are alot of good PSA solutions on the market (and alot of marginal ones). We were charged with finding the solution that best meets our business needs. For us, Clarizen stood above the rest. But more than the software, Clarizen's implementation services and support are second to none.
Don't rush to complete the implementation. Out of the box Clarizen works very well but it is highly customizable and there is a lot of configuration that takes time to understand.
The implementations services were exceptional. Our project manager held our hands the entire way, but also enabled us to stand on our own.
Integration to Concur (our travel and expense solution) was high on our priority list. Clarizen does not offer this out of the box. We have chosen not to enter expenses in two places. This creates some challenges with expense billing and cost reconciliation.
Honestly, nothing comes to mind.
If I had to do it all over again I would have extended the implementation period. We rushed to get the solution implemented, and did a good job in ~90 days. The flexibility is endless and I wish I gave the plan another 30-60 days to get everything perfect to out liking.
Ease of submitting support cases is good. Responsiveness of support is excellent. They also listen to us and work dilligently to improve the software to meet our business requirements
The Salesforce integration was one of the primary considerations for our organization. On the surface Clarizen appeared to have the best Salesforce integration. In the end the actual integration exceeded my expectations.

Great service and fantastic webinar's! They have great support and implement new features quickly.
Let the consultants guide you on how you should implement, don't tell them how you need to do it.
Too many options, confuses users.
Provide more best practice and encourage better ways do to things.
More flexibility in the implementation, less requirements, use more out of the box features.
The product has so many options and configurations! Almost too many.
Fantastic service and support!

Clarizen is a very responsive organization. Online resources facilitate new user training and provide an interactive forum for company-specific questions. Software updates are frequent and meaningful. Clarizen understands how to make its customers successful.
Spend an hour with one of Clarizen's Customer Success managers to understand some of the best practices your organizaion may want to think through before implementation.
Products robustness and service availability. Updates are deployed frequently and are meaningful. Ability to manage resource loading is great.
Very little so I would have to repeat my dissatisfaction with the pricing structure.
I am less enthralled with the product pricing structure. For small things like having more than three customizations imposes an unjustifiable cost increase.
In retrospect it is hard to identify significant tripping points that weren't part of the company's growth. We faced numerous people and process issues but Clarizen was more of a help than hinderance getting through them.
Clarizen did everything we needed it to do. Furthermore, the product structure helped drive more fidelity into the organization.
Resources are available in numerous forms.
The is easy to deploy. We had some browser compatability issues but those were easily resolved.

We have been very satisfied with what the Clarizen product has done for our organization. We started off with one division using the software and have since added another division with possible others coming on within the next year. I cannot speak enough to the customer service and work that their development team has done with and for us since we signed on a year and a half ago.
Challenge the Clarizen team to adapt to you, we use the system very differently than most project management clients of their but they were able to adapt to us and build us a great tool.

Not too much, we were very satisfied with our implementation and the flexibility that Clarizen provided.
