    Decision Lens - helps prioritize your work, but takes much preparation.

    Tools are understandably complex. The decision process for prioritizing projects is very granular. The prioritizing team should know ahead of time that they will need to do homework on initiatives ahead of time, then take the time to do the comparative analysis required in the tool.

    Smooth Implementation - Great Results

    Implementation has been smooth. Decision Lens Professional Services has been very hands on with our team while we adopt the product.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Take your time and think through your criteria inputs.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The ease of use and flexibility of the tool. It's also being updated and enhanced, with new features that we are also finding useful.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Export and print capabilities need to be expanded.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Nothing at all. Very satisfied with the vendor.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Be better prepared with data needed to load into the tool.

    So far, tech support, when rarely needed, has been very responsive.

    Integration & Deployment - Overall comment

    Decision Lens was able to easily and quickly implement our SAML so our users can leverage their existing credentials. That was definitely a plus.
