Great system; however, the company I work at needs to fully embrace it in order to see for themselves that it can help our business. It doesn't work to implement something and yet keep doing the same thing, hoping to see a change. Great customer service support - same day feedback in most cases. Willingness to adhere to what customers are asking for and make changes. A lot of information in reports, would be nice to be able to manipulate them and save the changes for the next time you ran the report. Hard for some people to envision how far behind a project is. I the original task blocks as dotted lines and where the actual tasks are today as solid lines, showing how behind a project is.

I have used Exepron for the last 2.5 years. It is an amazing product that continues to show how projects can be managed in unique ways. Through the use of Critical Chain Project Management, we have been able to bring projects in on time and on the budget that had rarely happened before. Exepron takes into account not just the tasks of the project, but also who is doing those tasks and allows for the full picture to be seen when managing a project. In traditional project management, you manage the gaps. Exepron you manage the project.

Support was outstanding - typically minutes to answer questions to the help desk, workarounds on more difficult problems available within 24 hours. The product was easy to learn and use, with great executive decision support capabilities.
