Great product and roll out of the platform. Very easy to use. We use mainly for graphic design projects for an international team.

Pros: Teamwork is a decent project management system. The user interface is nice, intuitive and fast. We can have new users trained in about 15 minutes. We are using the software to track structured projects and unstructured tasks. The reporting is limited. We have used the API to extract data from a JSON file to a Microsoft SQL database. We then used SSAS and Power BI to create our own reporting.

Althought the product is solid the support is substandard. We had months of issues with SSO integration and they failed to acknowledge that there was a change made on their end.

The product was the right balance of features and functionality versus price and learning/training burden. The purchase and implementation process was easy and customizing the software to our process and terminology was a breeze. We highly recommend this product.
