    Understand your scope. It is easy to get lost in the capabilities and wants.

    Ease to use and ability to rollout quickly.

    Eclipse is very intuitive and easy to use. Very cost effective. Highly recommended!

    Overall Comment

    Eclipse has been outstanding to work with. Our trainer/installer was outstanding. She knows the product very well and knows project management. She is very accommodating and willing to help us well after the initial installation. When we have questions, she responds to Email promptly and will take the time to do ad-hoc web conferences to help us with additional configurations / questions.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Choose Eclipse! It is very flexible and comprehensive. While we have not yet gotten to resource management, it has everything we will need to do this.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Ease of use/intuitiveness.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Nothing.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Nothing. The software is solid/bug-free. The training is outstanding. And our customer happiness executive meets with us quarterly to check in on our progress and schedules web conferences with other clients.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    We need a dedicated project portfolio manager with the PMO to lead the charge. We do not have this role. We have the portfolio loaded but are having difficulty getting senior leadership to buy into prioritizing the portfolio so that we can ease the burden on the resource managers.

    Service & support - overall comment

    the support desk answers requests the same day, usually within a couple of hours.

    Integration & Deployment - Overall comment

    We are in the process of developing an API from PeopleSoft/AD to Eclipse to manage the additions, transfers, and terminations of employees and contractors. We will be looking at an API in the future to pull financial data into Eclipse.

    Good product with a lot of promise but needs work

    Overall Comment

    On the surface, a good product with a lot of promise. However, it is not ready for prime time. We have put further expansion of its use beyond the initial team on hold, pending upland works to resolve a slew of "bugs" in the system.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    If you are willing to take a risk which could reap the reward, sometimes going a new path is the way. However, prepare everyone for the risk.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The promise of an intuitive and useful dashboard for senior leaders and customers.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Bugginess of the product.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Focus of fixing the bugs and stabilizing the solution before adding more whiz bang add ons.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Find a more tried and true product. Implementation and adoption by the core team has been slow due to bugginess of system and unreliability.

    It has been a much slower deployment than expected. There have been issues along the way with the system that derailed our timeline.
