A good tool to share documents for signature and optimize sales workflow but not really production-ready at scale.

We used PandaDocs for years and got used to the glitches. They occasionally rollout new features but nothing extraordinary. They integrate with a lot of different programs but the features of those integrations are limited and a lot of them don't work. Recently, I've been looking for a new solution. The search feature is terrible. It's very cumbersome as you can't "search all files" You can make templates but there's no conditional formatting features so, if you have 50 different products and use the same proposal for all clients with the exception of which product it contains, you need 50 different templates. Most software has conditional formatting so the process of creating a proposal is much more streamlined. There's also no ability to bulk download your proposals. You have to do it one by one. It's very time consuming to create a document from scratch and the format options are very limited and very basic. I really wanted to stay with PandaDocs and I was hoping they would make the necessary improvements.
