Aspect has helped us expand our contact center capabilities and add new channels to meet our customers where they are, and greatly improve our forecasting ability. Aspect is focused on the customer experience, and aligned with our company's vision and strategy. We have a good overall relationship with the Aspect team and have been able to work through most issues we've come across. There were several pieces of functionality that we were "sold on", but were actually only available in UIP 7.3, which was released just after we went live on 7.2. UIP 7.2 was also not compatable with some versions of software we had in place before we ever bought. For example, email does not work with Outlook 2013. It took several months of troubleshooting before this was identified as the issue by a consultant.

Great product but if you do on premise, it has a big hardware platform.

Aspect has been a very versatile application for us. With the various products that we use UIP, ALM, AQM, WFM and APM we find that we get the benefit of a fully functional dialer application.
