A largely uncooperative vendor

ComputerTalk fails to follow industry standard best practices regarding implementations, upgrades, and support. They are entirely unwilling to provide basic documentation, have inadequate global support, and insist upon doing all work themselves. This leave the customer unable to comply with change management processes and incapable of supporting ice Contact Center as a global, mission critical system.
