    Good toolbox but you need good consulting services to exploit it to the top

    No significative technicale issues. Some difficulties in designing the model to cover our internal process with consulting services.

    Go in details in the area you really need to understand how this tool could meet your needs.

    Prepare some "semi-finished" solution.

    Just I'd work better in the initial design of our model.

    Great vendor and great tool - but the organization and processes need to be adjusted, too.

    Flexibility, usability and possibilities.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Better integration in the internal IT organization (e.g. offer services for database maintenance and development, etc.)

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Design the process first, then implement the application. Define the organizational structure, roles and responsibilities with the application. Staff the support team after the go live and for further improvements big enough. Consult the internal special departments more.
