OmniPCX Enterprise Communication Server

Difficult to manage, with less than optimal support

The system is difficult to manage. There is a GUI interface but it is useless. The command line interface is functional but without and type of knowledge or documentation is extremely difficult to manage. The only support that we can get is on the forums that are spotty at best, in resolving issues with the phone system. We need to rely on 3rd party to help administer the system and every time they come something else breaks in the system as a result.

We have had no issues with this technology. It has been software upgraded a few times and each time just came straight back up :-)
