    Product(s): MiVoice Business

    Easy to implement phone system with great cost to feature ratio. Beware the add on modules

    Overall Comment

    Mitel system was very easy to implement and deploy across multiple locations. Very intuative setup on the controller. Lots of features for the cost. Everyone is very happy with the phones so far. The only negative would be the modules for cordless. The connector pins are very weak and bend all the time which leads to having to RMA the whole phone.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    When odering wireless modules becareful you get the right ones there are bluetooth and DESC.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Huge feature set for the cost and the licensing is very reasonable.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    The addon modules for headsets have very weak connectors on them it is very easy to bend a pin and have to rma the whole phone.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Wish the addon modules were broken down a little better and made a little stronger. Very easy to bed the connectors.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Get phones with built-in bluetooth instead of the modules. The rollover went very smooth, and all the products and features are great other than that.

    Evey time we have had an issue it has been resolved quickly and professionaly.
