    Easy Implementation, fast efficient way to retrieve data.

    Overall Comment

    The product is very easy to use and is widely used in our business, it provides instant reporting and timely analysis which was missing in the business.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Plan thoroughly the way you want to roll out to the business, ensuring that there are super users across the business who can create reporting.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    It provides instant results, it's fast and reliable.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Nothing comes to mind.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Provide regular updates to standard templates.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Adopt a more structured way of allocating licences and creating reporting.

    Great tool for our company.

    Overall Comment

    Implementation and training was very straight forward and easy. We had some performance (speed) issues which their technical team quickly worked out. It has been a great tool for our company.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    If you have someone who is savvy with report writing, get the Designer license. It allows you to create your own table joins and report off of them.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Customer service is awesome.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    The startup process is slow.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    The startup steps could be improved.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    If we were purchasing it today I would go with the cloud solution. Right now we are dependent on our IT to perform upgrades and they are behind.

    Hubble makes it fast and easy to get financial data in real time on demand. It's accurate and reliable.

    Trust Hubble!

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Outstanding customer service. Great product that can be used by any area of the business. Very user-friendly.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    None!

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    None - can't think of a single issue.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Get more users involved from the very beginning.

    The Product is Great; The People are Amazing.

    Overall Comment

    The overall experience with insightsoftware.com has been amazing. Everyone I've worked with has been extremely knowledgeable, helpful and fun. I always feel like they care about us as a customer and work to make our experience with Hubble great.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Get executive buy-in early, and define clearly how you want to use and rollout the software.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The product is very easy to learn and use.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    It is a bit pricey, but totally worth it.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Nothing, they are awesome.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    We did not have a clear picture of how we wanted to expand the software beyond Finance when we began. We wasted a lot of time defining that during the implementation. If we were to do it again, we would've defined the roll out earlier.

    Service & support - overall comment

    Every time I've submitted a case or called one of their support people, our experience has been awesome. They take the time to understand the issue and research solutions. Most of the time they are able to help us right away. If the answer is not easy, they take the time to research the issue and get back to us promptly with a solution.

    Integration & Deployment - Overall comment

    Hubble has been very easy to deploy. Their deployment team was very helpful throughout the process. We were an early adopter of the Hubble Analytics process. Even though the deployment process was new to insightsoftware.com and to us, it was relatively easy and quick to deploy. I can't say enough about how awesome their people are. You will not find a software company that truly cares about its customers the way they do.

    Vendor easy to work with, very flexible. Also took the time to understand our needs and could put software capabilities in terms we could understand.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Understand what you want the product to do for you, so that it gets designed right the first time.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Extremely easy to use and understand.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Getting the licensing just right for our organization.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Wanted the printing capability to be more robust, which I understand is in process.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Would get more of the managers on earlier in the process.

    By far the best software I use on a day to day basis (and I use a lot of different tools).

    Overall Comment

    The insight team is extremely customer focused. I have loved working with their team from the beginning. Out of all the applications I use on a daily basis, this is the only tool that I enjoy using day in and day out. It is fast, user-friendly, and versatile. The few times we have had problems the customer support has responded with great speed and expertise.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Talk to current users. They will tell you what a great piece of software this is and how it will change your department.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    It is really built by accountants for accountants. I have used a number of other pieces of software that were clearly built by IT people. I can see how neatly this other software is organized and how cleverly the tables all talk to each other. But it just doesn't WORK! Hubble works!

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Nothing!

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Honestly, nothing. Insight is a rare company. I have never worked with such a great team.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Start making the case to move to Hubble's cloud-based solution earlier. I'm ready to move but having to make the case internally is taking too long!

    Not only is it a great product out of the box but they are constantly innovating. It just keeps getting better!

    Service & support - overall comment

    Great support team. When we log a ticket someone calls us and that's the person on the case until the end. They grab technical resources as needed and get to the bottom of the problem asap.

    Integration & Deployment - Overall comment

    Calling it an integration is not really accurate. We installed it and it started working. We just needed some training.
