    Very user friendly resulting in quick adoption in the organization.

    Overall Comment

    The user friendliness above all; time to market from installation to production; very good price/quality

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The fact that almost no coding is needed. A user interface is foreseen for almost all functionality, from ETL to report publishing.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    The web spreadsheet should be more aligned with MS Excel.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Representation of the brand in Belgium is weak. Jedox brand should be more present.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Prepare architecture more in advance.
