The product is easily scalable and really helped us become more efficient. The ability to easily access, analyse and act on data enabled us to make better informed and quicker decisions/resolutions. We are happy with the implementation as it resulted in significant increase of the staff productivity. The intuitive interface of the system ensured the high adoption rate among our agents.

With the help of bpm’online we automated our key service processes. The solution's flexibility and rich functionality, we were able to manage all clients’ interactions from different channels and to deliver the high level of customer service. Our agents use the software both in the office and in field. Additionally, bpm'online's pricing was a great fit compared to other offerings. At the same time, we are getting great service and support from bpm'online with this implementation.

BPM Online was great to work with and because of their breadth of functionality, we can manage our contact center without needing a million different applications. The tool is flexible and integrated with sales and marketing modules so we can configure various campaigns we need to serve all our clients. Also, other solutions we looked at were far more expensive when you consider all of the add-ons that needed to be purchased.

We have had the full Bpm'online CRM for marketing, sales and service for several years now and can't imagine our business without it. Implementation was very fast and we started using the out-of-the-box processes right away. No coding experience or extensive training was needed. Having marketing, sales and service in a single platform has been one of the best benefits to date. And from a support standpoint, they provide top-notch service 24/7.
