Customer Service Trumps Bells & Whistles

While Act-On doesn't provide all of the functionality of some of the bigger players, the fact that we can get someone on the phone immediately when we have a question or issue is phenomenal. They have always been able to address our concerns and give us what we need.

Customized support for an effective implementation

Good onboarding and easy implementation. ActOn support was critical to get our organisation up to speed and they did offer us a really good customised service in that sense. They work as a consultant helping us get the practice to a different level and helping us scale our practice through new implementations. Their personalised support was critical.

The Act-on platform has proven capable at sustaining us at a basic level. We have not tested its full potential, so it is difficult to say if it can be the solution for us in the future or if we'll need to find something with different or more robust capabilities.

Act-On helps marketing nurture leads so that our sales team can prioritize their focus on winning new business. The software is robust enough for our needs yet has a user-friendly interface that's easy to use. The training and support offered by the customer success team have been a tremendous help since we don't use Act-On or our CRM product in the same way most B2B marketing companies might. It's still early in the implementation stages but the sales team is excited about the choice of marketing automation software even though they were not consulted for their opinion before the software was purchased.

There are definitely limitations to Act-On — such as some of the reporting functionality and social publishing tool — but Act-On is always ready to take customer feedback and evolve the system in directions that reflect customer requests and insights. Overall, a great experience so far.

Thus far the platform is acceptable. We have found, however, that their are other solutions that provide better scale, but at a much higher cost.
